read the recent 8 days issue about the rafflesians celebrity. paid alot of attention to those photos and it was very nostalgic, i can picture myself in those corners with my friends. wa...i wish the clock can turn back now, back to the days when we were babarians. haha, somehow that word just popped up in my mind. and i am glad that i am still in touch with those friends from rgs...and of course i remembered those that i haven talked to for super long...shall send them an sms soon...

it's nice to know that rgs is still at the same compound where i used to study but rj is a different thing now. there was this photo in 8 days at the canteen...and it's the bench where 3L always sit and it is also the bench i sit at during the june hols of my j2 days. and when i look back, i think i liked mugging then. and it was the company that made the difference. thanks friends. =)

aiya....very sian now...one more day to the start of the quiz...and i wasted today.

went for tuition in the morning and found that my new tuition kid has the same name as sunshine. quite shocked. lol. so tuition was quite terrible coz i havent found out how to teach coordinate geometry...

let's talk about sth else. watched munich with adrienne yesterday. wa, it was damn good and very deep. according to adrienne, it's a movie about ideology. and i agree. just go watch k?

one last point. yixin, i think you have the making of a good boyfriend, have been thinkking about the sunrise and sunset thing since i read it...totally charmed me... =)

let me tell you how my country makes passports.

you wake up at 630 on wednesday morning, take a cab to the embassy and take another cab back because they only produce 130 passports a day. and before you leave, they tell you to come at 4am next morning so you can get a place.

then you wake up again at 3.45 am on thursday morning, take a cab there(remember midnight charges) and luckily you are among the earliest 130. so you sit OUTSIDE the embassy from 430 am to 730 am, waiting for the embassy to open.

you can alternate between dozing off and being woken by passing by taxis. You can also watch how other people pass their time, e.g. bring a laptop and start watching vcds(that one is really smart) or eavesdrop on the housewives behind you talking about the latest gossip. of course, you can spend the time constructively by reading your 103 textbook under the dim streetlamps.

At 730, you go in, get another queue number and queue for your turn. after that, things seem to accelerate abit more and at 1030, you take another cab home.

went lido to study with yixin and rebec today at lido and i feel productive. i think all 3 of us are quite fruitful. hee =)

anyway, we witness an imagined terrorist attack. first yixin spotted a guy reached into the dustbin and took out 2 paperbags. one was zara and the other was a yellow one...it's super suspicious, no normal person will go and dig out rubbish from the rubbish bin. so after that, he took the paper bags and took the escalator up, and left the paperbags there!! he stayed up there for quite a while and came down empty handed again...and he loitered around lido for a while more...after that we din know where he went.

it's damn scary, i was so scared that the bags will explode. thinking of ways to save our lives and faces if it really exploded. wad made my imaginations worse was the continuous screening of final destination 3 trailer. got very paranoid each time someonw threw sth in, so scared that it will trigger off some alarm. and even when the cleaners shifted the rubbish bin, i was worried that supplying kinetic energy to the rubbish bin will cause explosions as well...

haha, imagination, imagination, imagination....

i am mp3less now. sent it for repair today and they said that they will have to replace a new one for me, and since they dont have stock, i will have to wait for about 2 to 3 weeks. i hope to wait for a month coz by then there will be a store in marina square. i went to the jurong east service centre which is super far and had to walk for quite long. worst, there was a stray dog which might be as tall as me if it stood up...luckily it din attack me when i walked past it. hahaha. meanwhile i will have to find other forms of entertainment while i travel..

haiz...feeling lousy now. my once-so-proud earhole is closed. sianz leh...it was only there for 5 weeks. and i haven even changed the ear stud for that hole and it closed. maybe i should go pierce again and maybe this time i will pierce 2 holes at one go.

yoz! recess week started 2 days ago! this is happyfying. and i got jj's new album, it will keep me company for this holiday. =)

there's an interesting phenomenon lately. everyone is trying to sign off as sunshine. xiuyun signed off as sunshine and dedicated a song to me. it's really very sweet of her to do so coz it made my day! but, everyone in hall now knows about sunshine too. hmmm...so later at night, i made janejane do my johari window too. (http://kevan.org/johari?name=shuwan) and she signed off as sunshine too. haha, thanks to all the sunshines for making my day! =)

i will try to enjoy my recess week...and look forward to sunshine after the break. =)

ta da!! i am back...haha. so happy to be back in singapore again, coz i miss the internet. i managed to use the net for 5 minutes in my uncle's house to check the edventure(though it was down), before the kids came over and made so much noise that i rather let them use the com...

anyway, i really miss the kids now. i like to hug them, carry them and letting them sit on my lap...i know sandra will come to me and ask me to hug her every now and then, and she pops by my room asking me to tell her stories before she goes back to her room and sleep. and i realise interesting things about kids, you can tell them the same stories over and over again but they will not get tired of it-it's for a simple reason-that they want you to give them your full attention.
